Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
**DUE TO COVID-19 CERTAIN ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS, TIGHTS AND HATS CANNOT BE RETURED AT THIS TIME.**
Return and Refund Policy- You have 14 calendar days from the date that you receive an item to return or exchange it.
Please return all products in their original UNUSED condition (we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been tried on or worn and all tags and/or labels must be attached).Socks returned without tags and labels may be subject to a 50% reduction in the refund. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).
In some cases returns will be inspected through our return authorization process (RAP) in order to confirm that the items returned were originally purchased from our company.
Included with every order is an invoice/packing slip which shows your order detail, and serves as our Exchange/Return Form. Please refer to this form for instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s). If you cannot find your invoice, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will be happy to either fax or e-mail you a copy of this form. We suggest that you return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or an equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, we will refund using your original payment method less the shipping fees. Please include a contact phone number, email address or fax number in case we have any questions about your return.
We inspect all items prior to shipping and every effort is made to ship orders correctly. However, if an item is received either damaged or an incorrect item is shipped, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will make arrangements for replacement items to be sent. Claims will not be accepted after this time period. When returning incorrectly shipped or damaged items you have 15 days from the date of notification to return these items to us. Items returned outside of this time period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Unless the exchange occurred as a result of our error, we do not refund postage and handling. In cases where we do refund the postage and handling fees we will only credit your account at the standard/parcel shipping rate.
